A creative simulator is a sales tool. It runs in the client meeting, sits in the proposal and comes up when you discuss sites. That is where your brand should be working, and someone else's logo in that spot raises questions you do not need in a meeting.

So the platform was built multi-tenant from the start. Every tenant has its own inventory, its own design and its own users, with the roles creator, lead and admin. What sits in a tenant stays there.

To get you started, we migrate your existing photo products, meaning your ad surfaces as photographs, into the Creative Simulator free of charge. We agree the scope with you beforehand. That way you know from day one what will be in there at the end.

What you can customise

  • Colours and logo

    You set the look in a CSS template, from backgrounds and accent colours to type, input fields and the logo. Whether your logo appears in the exported video is up to you. The template and the list of variables are in the embedding guide.

  • Your own domain

    The simulator runs embedded in your website or as a page of its own under your name, for example yourname.kreativsimulator.com. We set up design, language and logo once, and new customers are ready to go in minutes.

  • Your own product catalogue

    Your ad surfaces, with your names and in your order. For large inventories there is an optional catalogue with search and filters by type, format, site and location, which loads fast even with hundreds of surfaces. Through the public REST API you can also pull the catalogue into your own systems.

  • Separate tenants

    A media owner with several brands, or an agency with several clients, works in separate areas, each with its own roles.

  • Free migration

    For new customers we move existing photo products across with no setup fee. You send us the inventory and we set up the surfaces in the simulator.

  • Only for your customers

    If you like, the simulator opens only for users who are signed in with you, for example behind a login or a paywall.

    Enter colours, logo and type in the CSS template. It is a single file, and it needs no development work on your side.

Frequently asked questions about White-Label operation

Is VirtualCampaign visible anywhere?
Not in the area your clients see. The interface, the colours and the logo are yours.
Can several brands or clients work separately?
Yes. Every tenant has its own inventory, its own design and its own users. Roles range from creator through lead to admin. A superadmin exists only on our operations side.
How far does the styling go?
As far as the CSS template reaches. Defined variables let you change backgrounds, accent colours, type, input fields and the logo. You download the template from the embedding guide and adapt it directly.
Who owns the uploaded creatives?
You, or your clients. Uploaded content is customer property and is kept indefinitely on request. After the contract ends we delete it within 30 days.
What does it cost to migrate our inventory?
For new customers we migrate existing photo products free of charge, and we agree the scope beforehand. Video and 360° products, as well as larger inventories, are quoted separately. Send us an overview of your surfaces and we will work out a concrete figure for you.
