Download a template

A blank document in the right size, with bleed, safe area and crop marks. The PDF carries TrimBox and BleedBox for prepress, the SVG opens in Illustrator or Figma, and PNG or JPG work as placeholders. The file is built in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

The template carries one text line with format, date and virtualcampaign.dev outside the bleed. The artwork area stays empty.

Production rules that apply to almost every format

  • Keep type, logo and claim inside the safe area. Near the edge, the frame or the paste joint can cut them off.
  • No type smaller than 1/100 of the viewing distance. At 30 m that means a cap height of at least 30 cm.
  • Work in CMYK with the profile the media owner names, usually ISO Coated v2 or PSO Uncoated. Use RGB images and spot colours only when agreed.
  • Images for large formats need at least 30 dpi at final size. In a 1:10 file that is 300 dpi.
  • Embed your fonts or convert them to outlines. PDF/X-4 is the safe choice.
  • On backlit formats, take contrast and colour density down a notch, because the light from behind brightens everything.
